Timba products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner. Warranty Coverage will commence on the date of purchase and shall be valid as indicated. Timba warranty is subject to all of the following terms and conditions.

Warranty shall be valid for one (1) year from date of original purchase.

Warranty is invalid if Timba products have been altered, modified or damaged through misuse, negligence accident or improper handling. Normal wear and damages in shipping, handling and transportation are not covered by this warranty. Unmounted and premounted skins for drum heads are not covered under this warranty because of their natural variance.

It is the responsibility of the owner to provide proper maintenance of Timba product.

The original owner must provide proof of purchase when submitting a Timba product for warranty service.

Service or repairs on any Timba product must be performed by Timba factory service or an authorized Timba service center. Written authorization is needed before returning a Timba product for repair or warranty service.

Timba products must be returned to a Timba dealer or service center, freight prepaid. The authorized dealer or service center will inspect and be satisfied that the defect is within the conditions of this warranty.

Repaired products will be returned to the authorized dealer or service center freight collect.

This warranty is subject to the limitations contained herein and is extended to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Warranty is valid to authorized dealers only.
